One of the most widely-used products in the construction of concrete structures are inhibitor oils that prevent concrete or cement from sticking to the forming part (mould).

Another concrete protector is water-based concrete molding oil, which is a typical emulsion molding oil. As an inhibitor, this oil prevents concrete or cement from sticking to the mold.
The purpose of designing mold oils with two oil and water bases is to solve problems and enhance the appearance quality of hardened concrete. The composition of this oil is based on water and a combination of neutralized vegetable oil, along with mineral oil ingredients.

Depending on the type of mold and the environmental conditions of the workshop, the consumption amount of this concrete molding oil varies according to the following clauses, but the way of consumption is usually as follows:
For wooden surfaces: 1 liter to cover 10 to 15 square meters
For metal surfaces: apply 1 liter of mold oil to cover 20 to 25 square meters using a brush, roller or pistol on the surface of the molds.
Note: Before use, the container of ingredients must be shaken well.
