Two-component pool insulation is a type of special and protective two-component polymer caulking cover, which is produced based on of modified cement and latex resin. It is flexible and has very high durability and adhesion.

It is one of the practical coatings in the field of caulking. The slurry obtained from this material is very smooth, so that it can be easily applied on many surfaces with the help of a brush. In addition to filling (the ability to bridge over capillary cracks) the holes, empty spaces or capillary cracks beneath the layer, this material prevents the penetration of water into it. However, the created membrane also provides the breathing and transferring the water vapor. Permanent resistance to water pressure is achieved after full hardening in seven days. Very high adhesion to the sections beneath the product such as: concrete, metal pipes, and other materials is among the properties of this material.

Mix the two liquid and powder components using an electric mixer (drill+blade). Note that the powder component should always be added to the liquid one and the electric mixer should be turned on during this action; (since this causes better mixing of the components). Be sure to saturate the sections under the product by fresh water before applying the prepared mixture. The material should be applied on wet sections, but there should never be standing water on the sections. Apply the prepared materials on the surface uniformly using a big brush and apply the second layer on it after the first layer dries (so that the hand does not stick to it) and keep the surfaces moist with fresh water spray for 24 hours after the second layer dries.
Note: The thickness of the final layer should be between 1 and 4 mm depending on the water pressure and type of use. Avoid applying (implementing) the layer thicker than 1 mm in each section. After implementation, it should be protected from direct rain, exposure to oil contamination and other pollutants for at least 12 hours.
Time: you can walk on its surface 24 hours after implementation and it will become resistant to small mechanical tensions after 3 days.

This material is not considered to be dangerous and harmful for health and environment, however, it should not be swallowed or come into contact with the eyes. Use gloves, glasses, and work clothes during the application. In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, it should be washed immediately with plenty of fresh water. In case of swallow, visit a doctor immediately. This material is not flammable
