Polypropylene fibers

Polypropylene fibers

Polypropylene fibers are used to prevent early age shrinkage and cracking (plastic shrinkage). This type of fiber is produced as an additive to strengthen and flatten the concrete and plaster and cement mixtures.

Product code: PP FIBER

الیاف پلی پروپیلن

Polypropylene fibers cause an increase in bending, tensile, shear, and abrasion resistance. When these fibers are mixed with concrete, they destroy the alkaline environment of the concrete and do not settle it. In addition, it does not cause an increase in the weight of concrete. These fibers are used in the floor of sidewalks and streets, floors of industrial sheds and reservoirs, tunnels, and bridges, water channels, and sewage networks.

  • Prevention of capillary cracks
  • Increased resistance to impact
  • Fire-resistance
  • Abrasion-resistance
  • Increased shelf life and durability
  • Increased stability over time
  • Reduced permeability against water and corrosive substances
  • Paving the area, parking lot, shed
  • Concrete and paving of highways, roads, and highway lanes (band)
  • Cement blocks, cement pipes, and metal or tinned composite roofs, pillars, and walls
  • Precast concrete parts of thin cement mortars
  • Floor of sidewalks and streets, industrial sheds, and tanks
  • Tunnels and bridges, water channel, and sewage networks

In general, these fibers can be used as much as 0.3 to 2 kg per cubic meter of concrete, accordingly.
