High-strength concrete fixer

High-strength concrete fixer

It is a typical powder based on Portland cement containing fine quartz grains and special chemical compounds, which can be applied while mixed with water.

Product code: STAR REPAIR F50

High-strength concrete fixer can be used in general purposes, inside and outside the building, such as: underlaying the floor and walls before installing all kinds of decorative materials, and it is recommended for the preparation operation and repair of surfaces before the caulking operation.
Other uses of the above product include: filling non-structural seals and cracks, holes between bolts and bracing in water structures and tanks. This material is also used for leveling and repairing porous surfaces, repairing fractures in cemented or concrete sections, filling unevenness in concrete and leveling unevenness caused by errors in framing (formatting).

  • The possibility of execution up to 50 mm thickness
  • Reinforced with polymer fibers
  • Extremely high adhesion to all kinds of materials
  • No shrinkage
  • Resistant to freezing and melting cycles
  • Ease of implementation
  • High mechanical resistance
  • No corrosion of reinforcements
  • Obtaining quick resistance

• Leveling and repairing porous surfaces
• Underlaying the floor and walls before installing new coatings
• Leveling the unevenness caused by formatting errors
• It can be used on surfaces that are in direct contact with water
• Muscle-stretching in water structures
• Repairing uneven damaged sections up to 50 mm thickness

The surface under the product must be clean, solid, and free from any grease, dust, paint, oil, and loose particles. Depending on the required efficiency and the thickness of the application, it is suggested to add about 4.5 to 5 liters of water to each 20-kg bag. Mixing the powder with water should be made using an electric mixer (drill+blade). The bucket or container in which the powder and water are mixed must be proportionate for the work pace and mixing volume. Always add the powder to the water slowly and make sure that the electric mixer is turned on when the powder is added to the water and the mixing process continues until a uniform and homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Be sure to moisten the surfaces under the work before applying the star repair-f50 prepared mixture. Apply the prepared mortar with a trowel or pallet knife on the moistened surfaces. About 2 kg is needed to cover per square meter with a thickness of 1 mm depending on the amount of porosity and unevenness of the applied surfaces.

Note:

Always mix the amount of powder with water that can be used utmost in less than 20 minutes. Spray water on all surfaces regularly for at least 7 days or keep moist with a wet sack after half-drying of the applied mortar to achieve a desirable resistance.
